NeXGen Custom Builders ("NeXGen," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through nxgbuilds.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and your choices. This notice is provided in part to satisfy Nevada's online privacy notice requirements under NRS 603A.300–360.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

When you submit a contact form, request a consultation, or email us, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:

• Name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Mailing or project address
• Project type, budget range, and timeline, where you select them
• Project details and any other information you include in your message

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our analytics provider, Google Analytics (a service of Google LLC), automatically collect:

• IP address (truncated and anonymised by Google Analytics)
• Browser type and device information
• Pages viewed and time spent on the Site
• Referring website

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the Site so we can improve it. Google processes this information on our behalf; for details on how Google uses data, see Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Information collected to prevent abuse

Our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes your IP address and limited browser signals to distinguish people from automated traffic. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• respond to your inquiries and consultation requests;
• provide estimates, proposals, and project communications;
• operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
• protect the Site against spam and automated abuse;
• comply with legal obligations; and
• communicate with you about our services, where you have requested or consented to such communications.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration.

We may share information with:

• Service providers who support our business, bound to use it only to provide those services. These currently include Cloudflare (website hosting, form processing, and bot protection), Resend (delivery of form submissions to our inbox), Microsoft (business email), and Google (analytics);
• Professionals and trade partners as necessary to respond to a project inquiry you initiate (for example, an architect or engineer of record), with your knowledge;
• Authorities or third parties where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

4. Your Nevada Privacy Rights (NRS 603A)

Nevada residents have the right to direct a website operator not to sell certain "covered information" the operator has collected. NeXGen does not sell covered information. Even so, if you wish to submit a verified "do not sell" request, you may contact us at the Designated Request Address below, and we will respond within the timeframe required by Nevada law.

To submit a request, include your name and the email or address associated with your inquiry so we can verify and locate your information.

5. Cookies and Tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies through Google Analytics to measure traffic and understand how the Site is used. These analytics cookies help us count visits, identify which pages are most useful, and improve the Site. Cloudflare Turnstile may also set a short-lived token to record that a verification has been completed. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and advertising storage is disabled by default.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some Site functionality. You may also use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information collected through the Site against unauthorised access, use, or disclosure, consistent with NRS 603A. The Site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, and comply with legal and recordkeeping obligations, after which we dispose of it using reasonable measures.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
