Las Vegas · Design–Build
Built to a higher standard.
Custom builds for the Las Vegas valley, built with the discipline our principal carried off Allegiant Stadium and the Sphere. Three active Nevada licenses, and one team accountable for the whole job.
25 years.
Three licenses.
One builder.
Adam Barisich runs NeXGen. He holds a construction management degree from Michigan State, an OSHA 30‑Hour card, and a place in the FMI Leadership Institute’s graduating class. He has spent 25 years on job sites, most of them in Las Vegas.
Those years include management roles on MSG Sphere, Allegiant Stadium, Resorts World Las Vegas and Fontainebleau Las Vegas, four of the largest builds the Strip corridor has put up this decade. Work at that scale leaves no room for improvisation: everything is submitted, inspected, and signed for. Your house gets the same habits.
Adam’s project record
- MSG Sphere
- Allegiant Stadium
- Resorts World Las Vegas
- Fontainebleau Las Vegas
These are Adam’s personal assignments over a 25‑year career, not NeXGen contracts. We list them because the standards carry over, not to claim the buildings.

01
Design–Build Coordination
Full scopeOne point of contact from the first sketch to the final walkthrough. We provide the architect and engineers, or work with yours, and line up every trade so you are not chasing anyone.
- Single contract
- Value engineering
- Submittal tracking
-
02
Home Remodels
B‑2Full or partial. One contract, one schedule, one number to call. We run every trade so the job stays on track and the budget stays legible. Most of these projects turn on two rooms. In the kitchen it is whether the wall carries load. In the primary suite and bath it is the waterproofing behind the tile.
- Structural revisions
- MEP re‑routing
- Phased occupancy
-
03
Specialty Spaces
B‑2The rooms that need their own engineering rather than a larger version of an ordinary one. Wine cellars and theaters have their own pages; the rest are built to the same standard.
- Climate‑controlled wine cellars
- Media walls & home theaters
- Health & wellness suites
- Sauna, steam & cold plunge
- Golf simulator rooms
- Signature feature walls
- Venetian plaster & limewash
- Custom millwork & built‑ins
-
04
Pools & Water Features
CoordinatedBuilt by a licensed pool contractor under NeXGen’s contract and NeXGen’s schedule. That is the arrangement, stated plainly: NeXGen holds no swimming‑pool classification. What it does hold is responsibility for the tie‑ins, so decking, gas, power and drainage are somebody’s job rather than nobody’s.
- Licensed pool contractor under our contract
- Decking, gas, power & drainage tie‑ins
- One schedule, one point of contact
-

Luxury Additions
B‑2Room additions, ADUs, casitas, garage conversions and covered outdoor rooms, built to the same standard as the primary residence.
- ADU & casita
- Garage conversion
- Second‑story
Three phases.
You sign off on every one.
However far along you are
- 01You have drawings. We price them, flag what will not pass plan check, and build.
- 02You have an architect but no drawings yet. We join the design conversation now, while changes are still cheap.
- 03You have an idea. We appoint the architect and start from the lot and the budget.
-
Phase 01
Consultation & Budget
We walk the lot or the house, talk through scope, and tell you plainly whether we are the right builder for it. Then the money gets written down: a schedule of values with every line item, allowance and markup visible before you sign anything.
- You receive
- Written scope, a schedule of values and a baseline schedule
- You approve
- The contract, with NRS 624 disclosures attached
-
Phase 02
Design, Engineering & Permitting
We appoint the architect and engineers, or work with yours if you already have them. Drawings develop while we price in parallel, so cost surprises surface early. Then we carry the submittal: plan‑check corrections, engineering revisions, and the HOA or design‑review package where one applies.
- You receive
- Permit‑ready drawings, a firm estimate and issued permits
- You approve
- Final drawings before they are submitted
-
Phase 03
Construction
One superintendent, one schedule, and a written update every week. Selections are locked to deadlines so a late tile choice does not stall framing. The punch list is worked to completion rather than to exhaustion, and you finish with the paperwork that still matters two years from now.
- You receive
- Weekly updates, then certificate of occupancy and warranty documents
- You approve
- Each draw against work actually finished

Serving the
Las Vegas valley.
We build across the valley and the communities around it. The marked neighborhoods are the ones we work in most. MacDonald Highlands, Southern Highlands, and Summerlin each run their own design review and submittal process, and we have been through all three.
