About NXG

Adam Barisich runs NeXGen Custom Builders, NXG for short. He holds a construction management degree from Michigan State, an OSHA 30‑Hour card, and a place in the FMI Leadership Institute’s graduating class. He has spent 25 years on job sites, most of them in Las Vegas.

Those years include management roles on MSG Sphere, Allegiant Stadium, Resorts World Las Vegas and Fontainebleau Las Vegas, four of the largest builds the Strip corridor has put up this decade. On those jobs every change went through submittal, inspection and sign‑off, and NXG runs your house the same way.

    One point of contact from the first sketch to the final walkthrough. We provide the architect and engineers, or work with yours, and line up every trade so you are not chasing anyone.

    Full or partial, under one contract and one schedule, with one number to call. We schedule every trade partner and keep the budget readable line by line. Most of these projects turn on two rooms. In the kitchen it is whether the wall carries load. In the primary suite and bath it is the waterproofing behind the tile.

    These rooms need engineering an ordinary room does not. Kitchens, inside and out, wine cellars, theaters, golf simulator rooms and wellness suites each have their own page, with a model you can take apart.

    Built by a licensed pool contractor under NXG’s contract and NXG’s schedule. NXG holds no swimming‑pool classification. It answers for the tie‑ins: decking, gas, power and drainage.

    Room additions, ADUs, casitas, garage conversions and covered outdoor rooms, built to the same standard as the primary residence.

  1. 01You have drawings. We price them, flag what is likely to draw plan‑check corrections, and build.
  2. 02You have an architect but no drawings yet. We join the design conversation now, while changes are still cheap.
  3. 03You have an idea. We appoint the architect and start from the lot and the budget.

  1. Phase 01

    Consultation & Budget

    We walk the lot or the house, talk through scope, and tell you whether we are the right builder for it. Then the money gets written down: a schedule of values with every line item, allowance and markup visible before you sign anything.

  2. Phase 02

    Design, Engineering & Permitting

    We appoint the architect and engineers, or work with yours if you already have them. Drawings develop while we price in parallel, so cost surprises surface early. Then we carry the submittal: plan‑check corrections, engineering revisions, and the HOA or design‑review package where one applies.

  3. Phase 03

    Construction

    One superintendent, one schedule, and a written update every week. Selections are locked to deadlines so a late tile choice does not stall framing. We work the punch list until every item is closed, and you finish with the warranties, manuals and as‑builts.

Is NeXGen Custom Builders licensed in Nevada?

Yes. NXG holds three active Nevada State Contractors Board licenses: B‑2 Residential & Small Commercial (#0091645), C‑17 Lath & Plaster (#0092664), and C‑3 Carpentry (#0092662). You can verify all three through the NSCB public license lookup.

What areas around Las Vegas does NXG build in?

NXG builds throughout the Las Vegas valley, including Summerlin, Henderson, MacDonald Highlands, Southern Highlands, Spring Valley, Enterprise, The Lakes, and the City of Las Vegas, and takes projects across Clark County.

Does NXG do design–build, or only construction?

Full design–build. NXG provides the architect or works with yours, coordinates the engineers and every trade under one contract and one point of contact, and stays accountable from the first sketch through the final walkthrough.

How does NXG handle project pricing?

Open books. You receive the full cost breakdown and a schedule of values with the markup on its own line, so you can trace each cost to a line item.
