Pre-construction saves the money
Changing a drawing costs less than changing a wall. We provide the architect or work with yours, and stay in the design instead of receiving a finished set to price: constructability, long-lead items, the structural consequences of the plan you actually want, and where the budget is quietly concentrated.
You get a schedule of values before construction starts. When a number moves later you can see which line moved.
02
Who is accountable
NeXGen holds the contract and the schedule, and coordinates the licensed trade partners doing the work: framing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing, finishes. You call one number.
The alternative is managing a dozen contracts yourself, which is how a project ends up with nobody responsible for the gap between two trades.
03
Permits and inspections
Which authority reviews your plans depends on the lot: City of Las Vegas, City of Henderson, or unincorporated Clark County. Each has its own submittal expectations, and a community architectural review may sit on top.
We submit, answer plan-check comments, and sequence inspections so the job is not waiting on a signature it could have had a fortnight earlier.
04
Closeout
The last ten percent is where builders earn or lose a reputation. Punch list worked to done rather than to exhaustion, warranties and manuals collected, as-builts handed over, certificate of occupancy in your hand.
